An ICE agent was arrested in Minneapolis on Wednesday for assault and false reporting of a crime, eight months after shooting a Venezuelan man through the door of his apartment.
Christian Castro, an ICE agent, was taken into custody by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and booked into Hennepin County Jail on an outstanding arrest warrant.
