The chair of the National Transportation Safety Board has issued a warning regarding a provision in the new defense bill.
This provision is believed to increase the risk of midair collisions in the vicinity of a Washington-area airport.
The warning follows a deadly crash in January that resulted in the deaths of 67 individuals.
