Narges Mohammadi and several other Iranian activists were detained last Friday during a crackdown on dissent in Iran.
According to her family, Mohammadi has suffered physical abuse while in custody, necessitating emergency medical treatment.
She has also been accused of collaborating with Israel, a claim her family disputes.
