U.S. to Eliminate Nongovernmental Organizations in Reassessment of Health Assistance


Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that the United States plans to negotiate new agreements to deliver aid more effectively.

The focus of these efforts will be on the Western Hemisphere and the Asia Pacific region.
