At least 13 people have been killed and dozens more injured in central Vietnam due to severe weather conditions. The storm has left approximately 2 million residents without power.
The destructive path of the storm, known as Bualoi, began in the Philippines, where it caused 10 fatalities before moving on to Vietnam.
