Israel aims for top Hezbollah commander Ali Karaki in Beirut attack.

Israeli Air Force launched an airstrike in Beirut attempting to kill Ali Karaki, a senior Hezbollah commander in southern Lebanon. The strike targeted Karaki, who leads Hezbollah forces along the Israel-Lebanon border. While Israeli officials are unsure of his fate, Hezbollah claimed he is safe. Karaki's death would effectively weaken Hezbollah's defenses against an Israeli invasion. The strike is part of Israel's efforts to target Hezbollah leaders, showcasing their ability to infiltrate the group's communication networks since the last war with Lebanon.
