GOP candidate John Anthony Castro, known for challenging Trump's eligibility, is now facing federal tax charges. He has been accused of preparing false tax returns and is facing 33 felony counts, each carrying a potential three-year prison sentence. Despite his limited campaign funds and lack of legal practice, Castro has been involved in numerous lawsuits across 27 states. He was arrested by federal agents and appeared in court without a lawyer to contest Trump's eligibility.
